About TOY JOY

TOY JOY is a small online workshop for personalised pieces. We make engraved jewellery and custom printed artwork — a name, a date, a place, a pet — turned into something worth keeping.

Made to order, not mass produced

Nothing here is picked off a shelf. Your piece is produced after you place your order, from the text or image you send us. That is why the delivery window is longer than you may be used to, and why we are upfront about it: please allow 3–5 business days for production, then tracked shipping — typically 8–15 business days to the United States. A piece made for one person takes longer than a piece pulled from a warehouse. We think that is the right trade.

What we promise

  • What you submit is what we produce. We do not redesign your wording or crop your photo without asking.
  • If we get it wrong, we fix it. If a piece arrives damaged or defective, is not what you ordered, or the personalisation was applied incorrectly by us, we remake it or refund it at our cost.
  • Because each piece is made specifically for you, we cannot accept returns once production has started. That is the trade-off of made-to-order, and we tell you before you buy rather than after.

Getting the personalisation right

Most problems we could ever have are avoidable before checkout, so here is what to check:

  • Spelling and capitalisation — check the exact text you submit, letter by letter. Names with unusual spellings are the most common thing we are asked to redo.
  • Your photo — send the highest-resolution original you have, not a screenshot or a picture of a screen.
  • Font and finish — what you choose at checkout is what we produce.

Straight answers, no invented claims

We state what each piece is made of on its product page, and we do not claim materials, certifications, awards or press coverage we cannot stand behind. If anything on this site is unclear or turns out to be wrong, tell us and we will correct it.

Where your piece comes from

Pieces are produced in our workshop and shipped from our warehouse in China, with tracking provided on every order so you can follow your parcel the whole way.
